    Calcium D3-ratiopharm® Brausetabletten
    Was ist Calcium D3-ratiopharm® und wofür wird es angewendet? Calcium D3-ratiopharm® ist ein Calcium-Vitamin-D3-Präparat. Calcium D3-ratiopharm® wird angewendet bei – nachgewiesenem Calcium- und Vitamin-D3-Mangel sowie zur unterstützenden Behandlung von Osteoporose. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit Calcium D3-ratiopharm® kann während der Schwangerschaft bei Calcium- und Vitamin-D-Mangel angewendet werden. Jedoch sollte die tägliche Einnahme nicht mehr als 1500 mg Calcium und 600 I. E. Vitamin D betragen. Daher sollte während der Schwangerschaft täglich nur 1 Brausetablette Calcium D3-ratiopharm® angewendet werden. Überdosierungen von Calcium und Vitamin D müssen bei Schwangeren vermieden werden, da andauernd erhöhte Calcium-Konzentrationen im Blut mit schädlichen Effekten auf den sich entwickelnden Foetus in Verbindung gebracht wurden. Es gibt keine Hinweise, dass Vitamin D in den üblichen Behandlungsdosen beim Menschen fruchtschädigend wirkt. Calcium D3-ratiopharm® kann während der Stillzeit angewendet werden. Calcium und Vitamin D gehen in die Muttermilch über. Dies ist zu berücksichtigen, wenn das Kind zusätzliche Gaben von Vitamin D erhält. Wie ist Calcium D3-ratiopharm® anzuwenden? Wenden Sie Calcium D3-ratiopharm® immer genau nach der Anweisung in dieser Packungsbeilage an. Bitte fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht ganz sicher sind. Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, ist die übliche Dosis Erwachsene, einschließlich ältere Menschen 2-mal täglich 1 Brausetablette (entsprechend 1200 mg Calcium und 800 I. E. Vitamin D3). Dosierung bei Leberfunktionsstörungen Es ist keine Dosisanpassung erforderlich. Dosierung bei Nierenfunktionsstörungen Calcium D3-ratiopharm® darf von Patienten mit schweren Nierenfunktionsstörungen nicht eingenommen werden. Art der Anwendung Die Brausetablette wird in 1 Glas Wasser aufgelöst und sofort getrunken. Dauer der Anwendung Die Dauer der Anwendung wird vom Arzt bestimmt. Bitte befolgen Sie die Anweisungen Ihres Arztes. Bitte sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie den Eindruck haben, dass die Wirkung von Calcium D3-ratiopharm® zu stark oder zu schwach ist. Wenn Sie eine größere Menge von Calcium D3-ratiopharm® angewendet haben, als Sie sollten Eine Überdosierung kann zu Übelkeit, Erbrechen, krankhaftem Durstgefühl oder Verstopfung führen. Bei Verdacht auf Überdosierung verständigen Sie bitte sofort Ihren Arzt. Dieser kann gegebenenfalls erforderliche Maßnahmen einleiten. Wenn Sie die Anwendung von Calcium D3-ratiopharm® vergessen haben Nehmen Sie nicht die doppelte Dosis ein, wenn Sie die vorherige Einnahme vergessen haben. Sollten Sie einmal vergessen haben, Calcium D3-ratiopharm® anzuwenden, dann wenden Sie das Präparat am nächsten Tag wie gewohnt – auf keinen Fall die doppelte Menge – an. Wenn Sie die Anwendung von Calcium D3-ratiopharm® abbrechen Sollten Sie die Behandlung unterbrechen oder vorzeitig beenden wollen, z. B. weil Ihnen die auftretenden Nebenwirkungen zu stark erscheinen, so sprechen Sie bitte vorher mit Ihrem Arzt. Whilethe legalization of abortion has brought it into the public domain,it still remains a sensitive topic in many cultures, often hiddenfrom view and rarely spoken about, consigned to a shadowyexistence. Drawing on reports gathered from hospital settings and in-depthinterviews with women who have had abortions, Luc Boltanski setsout to explain the ambiguous status of this social practice.Abortion, he argues, has to remain in the shadows, for it reveals acontradiction at the heart of the social contract: the principle ofthe uniqueness of beings conflicts with the postulate of theirreplaceable nature, a postulate without which no society wouldachieve demographic renewal. This leads Boltanski to explore the way human beings areengendered and to analyze the symbolic constraints that presideover their entry into society. What makes a human being is not thefoetus as such, ensconced within the body, but rather the processby which it is taken up symbolically in speech - that is, itssymbolic adoption. But this symbolic adoption presupposes thepossibility of discriminating among embryos that areindistinguishable. For society, and sometimes for individuals, thearbitrary character of this discrimination is hard to tolerate. Thecontradiction is made bearable, Boltanski shows, by a grammaticalcategorization: the "project" foetus - adopted by itsparents, who use speech to welcome the new being and give it a name- is juxtaposed to the "tumoral" foetus, an accidentalembryo that will not be the object of a life-forming project. Bringing together grammar, narrations of life experience and anhistorical perspective, this highly original book sheds fresh lighton a social phenomenon that is widely practised but poorlyunderstood.
