ENGLISH BELOW! Hi, i'm Louisa and im an elementary pedagogue. During my studies and my work as a elementary school teacher and skiing instructor i could gain experience in working with kids in different age groups. I've been babysitting kids age 0-12 since i was 15 years old. It makes me happy to work with kids, be out and about, go to a park, a playground or a museum, but i also love just staying home to play, paint or craft. Individual support specifically adjusted to the child is really important to me, especially preparatory skills for toddlers. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

St. Philaret of Moscow is the Russian Chrysostom. His mouth overflowed from a heart enlarged and illumined by the Holy Spirit, and his teaching has been a fountain of life to the Christian generations that have succeeded the great bishop. Here, for the first time in an English-language translation, we have a thematic collection of his sermons dedicated to living the Christian life.  The master pedagogue covers numerous foundational spiritual realities including being born again, building a life upon the foundation of the fear of God, the centrality of gratitude, the cultivation of zeal, the purification of the heart, the nourishing of poverty of spirit, as well as more targeted subjects such as childbearing, work, preparations for prayer, and how to consecrate Sunday to God.  This audiobook contains a feast of faith and soul guidance that, if followed, will bring forth abundant spiritual treasure. ungekürzt. Known around the world for his advocacy of early historical performance and as a skilled violin performer and pedagogue, Stanley Ritchie has developed a technical guide to the interpretation and performance of J. S. Bach's enigmatic sonatas and partitas for solo violin. Unlike typical Baroque compositions, Bach's six solos are uniquely free of accompaniment. To add depth and texture to the pieces, Bach incorporated various techniques to bring out a multitude of voices from four strings and one bow, including arpeggios across strings, multiple stopping, opposing tonal ranges, and deft bowing. Published in 1802, over 80 years after its completion in 1720, Bach's manuscript is without expression marks, leaving the performer to freely interpret the dynamics, fingering, bowings, and articulations. Marshaling a lifetime of experience, Stanley Ritchie provides violinists with deep insights into the interpretation and technicalities at the heart of these challenging pieces.

In the early seventeenth century, enthusiasm for the violin swept across Europe--this was an instrument capable of bewitching virtuosity, with the power to express emotions in a way only before achieved with the human voice. With this new guide to the Baroque violin, and its close cousin, the Baroque viola, distinguished performer and pedagogue Walter Reiter puts this power into the hands of today's players. Through fifty lessons based on the Reiter's own highly-renowned course at The Royal Conservatory of the Hague, The Baroque Violin & Viola, Volume I provides a comprehensive exploration of the period's rich and varied repertoire. Volume I covers the basics of choosing a violin, techniques to produce an ideal sound, and sonatas by Vivaldi and Corelli. Practical exercises are integrated into each lesson, and accompanied by rich video demonstrations on the book's companion website. Brought to life by Reiter's deep insight into key repertoire based on a lifetime of playing and teaching, The Baroque Violin & Viola, Volume I: A Fifty-Lesson Course will enhance performances of professional and amateur musicians alike.

A ground-breaking treat for mystery and music lovers, the audiobook of Elias' first novel, Devil's Trill, introduced a new kind of listening experience, with violin performances by the author providing clues throughout. Now acclaimed author and violinist Gerald Elias is back, bringing more music to his gripping second novel in the Daniel Jacobus mystery series, Danse Macabre, also narrated by Jim Frangione.Just after his Carnegie Hall swan song and before his imminent departure for retirement in France, beloved violinist and humanitarian Rene Allard is brutally murdered with a mysterious weapon. His young African-American rival, crossover artist BTower, is spotted at the scene of the crime, hovering over the contorted body of Allard with blood on his hands. In short order, the aloof and arrogant BTower is convicted and sentenced to death - in part the result of the testimony of blind and curmudgeonly violin pedagogue Daniel Jacobus, who, like millions of others, was an ardent admirer of Allard. Justice has been done... or has it?Jacobus is dragged back into the case kicking and screaming, and reluctantly follows a trail of broken violins and broken lives as it leads inexorably to the truth, and to his own mortal peril.Performers: Gerald Elias, Jason Hardink, The Lydian String Quartet, Abramyan String Quartet, Lucia Lin, Andre Schub ungekürzt. Overworked and underpaid curate James Weatherly is resigned to a life of genteel poverty, never suspecting he is heir to a dukedom until a solicitor appears on his doorstep. Alas, on the way to claim his inheritance, James is set upon by ruffians whose handiwork deprives him of his memory. Margaret Darrington is no stranger to genteel poverty herself, since the death of her father has left her in charge of her two younger siblings and feather-brained aunt. But Margaret has a plan: To salvage the family's finances, she has only to put her beautiful younger sister, Amanda, in the way of marrying a wealthy man - perhaps the new Duke of Montford, who is expected to arrive any day. When Margaret finds a beaten and bloodied young man in the road, his shabby attire and collection of secondhand books lead her to mistake him for the tutor she has hired for her younger brother. Still reeling from the attack upon his person, James is relieved to have the mystery of his identity so easily "solved" and accompanies her home. As James' bruises fade, Margaret discovers that he is, if not classically handsome, undeniably pleasing to look upon, with an appealingly self-deprecating wit. Suddenly Amanda's brilliant marriage is in jeopardy, for how can any impressionable female resist such a paragon? But nothing about the penniless pedagogue is quite as it seems, and Margaret would do well to forget about her sister's prospects and look to her own heart instead... ungekürzt.
