  In our scientific work, we have tried to show that the presence of women in the media poses enormous problems both in developed and underdeveloped countries as if they are incapable of managing this sector. In the DRC in general and in South Kivu in particular, this problem is always in the headlines in more than 80% of the State, commercial and community media, whereas women are and remain the pivot, currently, of any structure that wants to promote human rights. The texts and other national legal instruments recognize that women have the same rights as men and the obvious violation of these rights constitutes an offence against this being who has long been forgotten in development actions. Unlike many media in the provinces, AFEM involves women in general and women journalists in particular in the activities they carry out on a daily basis in order to contribute to their promotion and dignity, a guarantee of development.

The starting point is the theory of automorphic forms, which can also serve as a first step towards understanding the Arthur-Selberg trace formula.
