    Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Kulturwissenschaften - Empirische Kulturwissenschaften, Note: 1,0, Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen (Ludwig-Uhland-Institut für Empirische Kulturwissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Kulturanalyse des Regionalen: Kulturelles Erbe, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Um die Vergangenheit als konstitutive Ressource für gegenwärtiges Leben zu erhalten – und unter dem Eindruck einer potentiell viel stärkeren und schnelleren Zerstörung von Kultur in der Postmoderne – hat es sich die UNESCO zum Ziel gesetzt, durch Kennzeichnung und Förderung „kulturelles Erbe“ zu erhalten. Das Übereinkommen der Tagung in Paris vom 16. November 1972 findet klare Worte dafür: „daß der Verfall oder der Untergang jedes einzelnen Bestandteils des Kultur- oder Naturerbes eine beklagenswerte Schmälerung des Erbes aller Völker der Welt“, der „gesamten Menschheit“, darstelle. Da einzelne Staaten oft nicht in der Lage seien, dieses Erbe ausreichend zu erhalten, stellt die UNESCO finanzielle und institutionelle Hilfen bereit und legt den Mitgliedsstaaten zugleich die moralische Verpflichtung einer angemessenen Verwaltung auf. Kulturelles Erbe bezeichnet mit David Lowenthal die Manifestation sowohl historischer Fakten als auch Mythen, die für die Identität einer Gruppe konstitutiv sind und hat bei der UNESCO zwei Ebenen: Die materielle der Kulturerbe-Stätten und -Gegenstände (als Parallele zum ebenso materiellen Naturerbe) sowie die Ebene des immateriellen Kulturerbes. Seit dem 12.12.2014 ist die Schwäbisch-Alemannische Fastnacht als immaterielles Erbe gelistet. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie viel Konstruktion hinter der Schwäbisch-Alemannischen Fastnacht als Erbe steckt, welchen Einfluss das Prädikat Kulturerbe auf das Selbstverständnis der Ausübenden hat und wie es die Beziehung zu nicht in den Brauch Eingebunden aussieht. Dies geschieht in Auseinandersetzung mit Beobachtungen, die am 23. und 24. Januar 2015 im Narrenschopf Bad Dürrheim und beim 125-jährigen Jubiläum der VSAN in Bräunlingen gemacht wurden.
