Unbelievable
This LIVE performance is the realization of a life-long dream. Pooling his best songs of the last decade, Kevin's desire was to create an experience for listeners that would meet them at the place where life hurts the most and give them hope. There are songs to those who have lost hope, songs to girls who have had their hearts broken, songs to sons and daughters who had a parent who just wouldn't quit loving them even at their worst, songs about how to fill the void we feel in the heart, and songs about how to break through to victory in life. Kevin's parents raised him on an eclectic blend of musical styles - black gospel, southern gospel, contemporary Christian, disco and rock. When people ask him what his style is, he usually simply replies, 'I guess you could call it 'funk & roll.'' The producer of this album, Alvin Richardson, brought to the table some of the most gifted musicians in America, including Marvin McQuitty (hailed as the best gospel drummer in the U.S.), Akil Thompson (Jonny Lang's guitar player), and Josh Dunham (Prince's bass player.) Alvin is the producer of the Sandtown project, created in Baltimore, and has worked with Michael W. Smith, Toby Mac, Lisa Kimmy (Out of Eden), and Israel Houghton.- Shop: odax

The Complete Metropolis
Incorporating more than 25 minutes of newly discovered footage, this 2010 restoration of METROPOLIS is the definitive edition of Fritz Lang's science fiction masterpiece. Backed by a new recording of Gottfried Huppertz's 1927 score, the film's dazzling visual design and special effects are more striking than ever. And the integration of scenes and subplots long considered lost endows METROPOLIS with even greater tension and emotional resonance, as it dramatizes the conflict between wealthy uber-capitalists and rebellious subterranean laborers - orchestrated by a diabolical scientist capable of destroying them both.- Shop: odax
