  Das Besondere an diesem Wein Bei diesem verführerischen Schaumwein ist der Name Programm: „Muscatine“ weist auf die verwendete Rebsorte Muscat à petits grains hin und „Fines Bulles“ ist französisch für „feine Bläschen“. Was der Name allerdings nicht verrät ist die Tatsache, dass es sich bei diesem Schaumwein um einen herrlich leckeren Aperitif aus Südfrankreich handelt. Schon beim ersten Schluck kommt Sommerfeeling auf! Gut gekühlt bietet der Muscatine eine wunderbare Kombination aus intensiven Fruchtaromen, harmonischer Süße und belebender Frische – und das bei nur 8 Prozent Alkoholgehalt! Ein reiner „Spaß-Schaumwein“ ist der Muscatine Fines Bulles allerdings nicht. Er wurde aufwendig mit Hilfe der Charmat-Methode hergestellt. Die enthaltene Kohlensäure ist also durch einen zweiten Gärprozess entstanden und wurde nicht künstlich zugeführt – wie etwa bei einem italienischen Frizzante. Zudem wird für diesen Südfranzosen nur Saft aus der ersten Pressung der Trauben verwendet. Der intensive Fruchtcharakter des Weines unterstreicht dies bei jedem Schluck. Vor allem im Sommer macht die Kombination aus Süße und Frische großen Spaß. Doch auch saisonunabhängig handelt es sich bei dem Muscatine um einen wunderbar gefälligen Aperitif. À votre santé! Wie der Wein schmeckt: harmonisch & mild Am Auge mit einem glänzenden Gold und einer schönen Perlage. Der Duft des Muscatine ist intensiv und vielschichtig: Weiße Blüten sowie gelbe Früchte mit exotischen Anklängen präsentieren sich an der Nase. Im Mund ist der Schaumwein ebenfalls aromatisch und besitzt ein gelungenes Zusammenspiel zwischen Süße und Frische. Dabei bringt die Kohlensäure zusätzliche Vitalität, so dass der Wein trotz der Süße nie zu fordernd wirkt.
